Appointments and Booking
Booking Confirmation
Appointments must be booked in advance either online, by phone, or via email. Your appointment is confirmed only when you receive confirmation from us via email or phone.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment to accommodate other patients.
Payment Terms
Pricing
Our current pricing for services is as follows:
- Microsuction: £60 per treatment
- Ear Irrigation: £60 per treatment
- Ear Health Check: £35 (if no wax removal required)

Payment Methods
We accept payment by cash, credit card, and debit card. Payment is required at the time of service unless alternative arrangements have been made in advance.
Refunds
If you are not satisfied with our service, please inform us immediately. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and are at our discretion.
